Refund timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and include the standard outbound shipping cost.

Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise stated.

Conditions: Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to custom/personalized items
